Brett Bludorn
President
Brett grew up in South Dakota, and then moved to Minnesota in 2002 working for a home builder. With his wife Maria they started Bludorn Builders in 2007. Brett enjoys working outdoors, framing, and watching the project come together with the clients and the team. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife, 8 children and 1 grandchild.
Mariah Miller
Designer
Mariah grew up in Sleepy Eye MN, with her family and friends. She joined our team in June of 2020. She attended Alexandria Technical and Community College for interior design. Mariah likes to design the interior of projects and is learning how to draft the whole house. She enjoys guiding clients in the right direction when making their dream home or space. She also likes to see the beginning stage of a project transform into something beautiful. Outside of work she enjoys being with family and friends, spending the summer at the cabin, and traveling.
Lane Foley
Framing Foreman
Lane grew up in Kingston, MN helping his dad with some remodel jobs as a young boy. He came to Bludorn Builders in 2013. He likes to build custom homes because they are not the same and he gets to do a variety of work. He also likes remodels seeing the results and the big difference once the project is done. Outside of work he likes to do projects around his home, go camping, target practicing, and hang out with family and friends. He has a wife, three sons and a daughter.
Nolan Foley
Siding Foreman
Nolan grew up in Dassel, MN with his family and friends. As a teenager he enjoyed helping his dad with construction and in high school took a construction class. With his 7 years of experience, he enjoys siding the buildings and watching the job come together. Outside of work he enjoys woodworking and being with his wife and their 2 children.
Max Burkhardt
Framing Foreman
Max was born in Iowa and moved to Minnesota as a small child. He joined Bludorn Builders in 2016. He wanted to have an outside summer job during high school and then after high school it became full time. He loves to frame apartments because of the quick pace, but he also likes to frame new homes. Outside of work he likes to wakeboard, be on the lake and be with family and friends.
